GSM Alert System

The Liquid Controls (Aust.) Pty Ltd GSMA-1 is a unique GSM based, wireless communications module. It has been designed as a stand-alone GSM I/O Controller, employing the SMS (Short Messaging Service) network.

Input/Output control and status monitoring can be performed easily from any GSM mobile phone with SMS capability.

The unit has eight input monitoring sensors for alarm condition inputs, and four output triggers for the remote control of safety over-rides or rectification procedures. When an alarm is triggered, the unit will send an SMS message to one primary and (if required) two secondary phone numbers, announcing that an alarm condition has occurred. The user can also remotely activate the four output triggers if needed, by sending a reply SMS to the unit. An expansion board can also be purchased to provide an extra 4 relay outputs if required.

The 'Inputs' can be triggered from a variety of sources via dedicated inputs or via remote liquid level sensing using radio frequency.

The unit is contained in a sturdy PVC box and will work with a supply voltage of 10 to 30 volts, so mobile and remote applications are no problem. Whilst you have SMS coverage, the LCA GSMA-1 will keep you informed and in control.
